Word TubeWord Tube: Speech Therapy AppReal exercises collected from occupational and speech therapy sessions, built into an app by a parent who needed them first. Your child swipes through visual exercises at their own pace. Add your own photos and record your voice to make it personal.

Watch a real exercise from the app. Your child sees a picture, hears a question, and picks the answer by swiping.
Communication develops step by step. It starts long before words, with eye contact, shared attention, and pointing. Then comes labeling, understanding of concepts like opposites, and answering questions. Word Tube follows this natural path.
Once your child recognizes words, they can start labeling. Animals, food, colors, family members. Simple, familiar things from their everyday world.
Before a child can say a word, they need to understand it. Word Tube starts with receptive exercises: matching pictures to sounds, learning what words mean.
Big and small. One and many. Hot and cold. Word Tube builds understanding of concepts through visual comparisons your child can practice again and again.
"What is this?" "What color?" "Where is the dog?" Answering questions is a major communication milestone. Word Tube practices it in a calm, structured way.
Children with speech delay need to see and hear a word hundreds of times before it clicks. Word Tube is built around repetition. Your child swipes through exercises at their own pace.
Record words in your own voice. Add photos of your child's toys, food, and family. Familiar content from their world helps words stick faster.
Word Tube wasn't built in an office. It was built at a kitchen table, between therapy appointments, by a parent who needed something that didn't exist.
At two years old, our daughter had one word. No pointing, no eye contact, no consistent communication. We didn't know where to turn.
Flashcards, picture books, naming games. Guided by Temple Grandin's thinking and what we learned from occupational therapy sessions. Repetition was the key to everything.
As a software developer, I built Word Tube so Ana could practice in a calm, familiar environment. Her older sister Nika drew many of the illustrations.
Real reviews from parents who use Word Tube with their children.

Finally, an app made by someone who gets it
Finally an app for kids on the spectrum made by a parent handling everyday challenges. We use it daily and it's making a real difference. Nice to see the developer is frequently asking parents about ideas and improvements. You can tell this wasn't built by some company, it was built by someone who lives this every day. Amazing work!

My son started recognizing more words
A wonderful app for understanding and encouraging speech. My son started recognizing more words after just a couple of weeks of daily practice. The exercises are well structured and follow a natural learning path. We use it alongside therapy and it reinforces everything perfectly.

My child asks for this app every day
It's great, the child loves it. We started using it alongside our therapy sessions and it reinforces what we practice with the therapist. The swiping format keeps her engaged much longer than flashcards ever did. She actually asks for it herself now.

Simple, fun, and it actually works
Fun and very educational. I love that it covers everything from basic naming to answering questions. My daughter went from barely pointing to labeling animals and food in just a few months. The repetition approach really does make a difference when you stick with it daily.

Perfect companion to therapy
Perfect for encouraging understanding and speech. We use it between therapy appointments to keep the momentum going. Being able to add our own photos made a huge difference because my son responds better to familiar objects from his world.

Keeps my child focused and learning
Easy to use, educational and fun. It helps the child maintain attention and answer questions correctly, learn colors, movements and more. My child enjoys using this app so much that I don't have to convince her to practice. That alone makes it worth it.
Word Tube is free to try. If it helps your child the way it helped ours, that's all we could ask for.
